HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?

If you are not fully satisfied with your order, you can return the item within 14 days of receipt, providing they are in an original resealable condition.

 

Discounted items cannot be returned or exchanged.

Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original product packaging.

Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use.

 

To process your return please email contact@clearintentions33.com with your name, order number and reason for return and we will inform you how to proceed.

 

Once returned you will be entitled to receive an exchange or a refund, which will not include the cost of the original postage and packaging.

-We are not responsible for the return shipping costs of the items.

-Please make sure all returned items  are well packaged

-Please make sure all returned packages are sent with a trackable, insured service.

Standard delivery:  3 - 5 days

International Shipping 6-9 days

DO YOU SHIP WORLDWIDE?

Yes, we ship worldwide. There will be extra charges for shipping outside the UK. Please check delivery rates
